We are a mature and considerate bunch of players who aim to excel at the end-game content whilst still not taking ourselves too seriously or turning it into a second job. We respect ourselves and other players, and recognise that our actions in-game reflect on ourselves as well as other guild members. We do not camp, node steal, loot ninja, behave abusively or do anything else that would bring ourselves or our guild into disrepute. We do not swear excessively or use demeaning or pejorative language in either general channels or group or private channels - remember that nothing is actually 'private' in WoW, if you wouldn't write it in a paper letter to someone, don't type it.

Common sense should be all that you need, however here are some guidelines:

• Be respectful of others: if you don't agree with someone, feel free to discuss constructively but try to remember that we're playing a game and game issues aren't worth getting stressed over. If you don't agree with someone's real life beliefs, remember that everyone is entitled to their opinion, and if you feel that the conversation is going in an ugly direction, don't be scared to step back.
• Play nice: try not to steal mobs or resource nodes from other players, even if they are Horde. If you see a Horde character with PvP enabled, attack it only if it's within your level range. Never, ever, ninja loot. If you're PUGging an instance, remember that not everyone has the same game experience and knowledge. If someone makes a mistake, try to explain them why it's wrong before kicking them from the party.
• Harassment due to race, sex, sexual orientation or religious beliefs will result with a guild kick. We aren't trying to be politically correct at all costs, but always remember that on the other side there's always another person who has feelings and a background that might be completely different than yours.
• Do not beg for gold, and do not beg for help. If you need help with a quest or instance feel free to ask in guild chat, but don't spam it with the same request every 30 seconds. People might be busy, or just not feel like doing a given instance for the 40th time. If you need a specific class, feel free to whisper other members, but don't nag them to death, if they say no please accept their answer.

If you fail to behave appropriately, you will be contacted by an officer and we'll explain what you did wrong and why, and you will be expected not to repeat your mistake. If we feel that your general behaviour is not acceptable for our community, we might ask you to leave the guild.

You can expect an instant guild kick for being strongly offensive to other members, for harassment or ninjaing.

You will never be guild kicked, demoted or penalized in any way for speaking up your mind in a civil and respectful manner.
