A guild is a dynamic entity, and we expect our members to come and go, to a degree. There might be several reasons for leaving a guild, some of them can be fixed, and some don't.

If you change job and our raid times are impossible for you, it's understandable that you would look for a different place. If you want to stop raiding and join your real life friends guild, that's a very legitimate reason as well.

If you are feeling unhappy in Entropy, for whatever reason, please try and talk to the officers first. A lot of issues can be resolved with some honest communication. No one is going to penalize you for speaking up as long as you're civil about what you have to say.

When you are really sure you wish to leave Entropy, or wish to join another guild, please tell us about it, especially before filling out an application. If you're looking for another guild we will not ask you to leave right away, but we will de-prioritize you on raid signups and loot. Also informing us of your intentions in advance, will give us more time to look for a replacement if necessary.

As said many times on these pages, we're all mature people and we want to handle such situations with as little drama and commotion as possible.
